STEP ONE:
Fry the french fries in cooking oil until golden. Remove from the oil and toss with salt and Kickin' & Smokin' Sauce. Dice and fry the chorizo in a pan over a medium heat then pour the cooked chorizo and excess oil over the Kicking & Smoking fries. Add crumbled stilton, chopped coriander and extra Kicking and Smoking Sauce to serve.
