DELIVERY TIMES
Due to the high increase in orders, standard delivery times have now increased. We are working as hard as we can to ensure these are arriving with you as soon as possible but please expect delays of up to 4-5 working days.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING
UK
Orders within the UK over £25 will receive free delivery. Our fulfilment fees are:
● UK Delivery: £3.75
● We aim to deliver orders 2-3 business days from your order. Orders placed before 12:00pm will likely be shipped that day. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
You may have noticed we’re only shipping to the UK. We currently don’t ship outside of the U.K. but please note this is only temporary. Please register an interest for international shipping at info@enjoyrogue.com and we can ensure when we’re ready, you’ll be the first to know.

RETURNS
We do not offer returns on foods, drinks or merchandise but if you aren’t happy with your order or the service, please email info@enjoyrogue.com and we will do all we can to help.

CANCELLATIONS
Deliveries are picked and dispatched shortly after they are ordered, so, unfortunately, we cannot cancel deliveries. It will arrive with you and if you are still unsatisfied, email info@enjoyrogue.com, as above.
